I have grown up my entire life being told that the population would reach terrible levels and we would all starve.
It hasn’t happened yet. Much to my dismay.
I agree that there are too many people. I see it at Wal-Mart every Saturday. Or maybe that’s because all us peasants are only allowed the same day off.
I remember the days of COVID when people stayed at home and it seemed like we were living in a post apocalyptic dream. Less people and nature was healing.
But, do we really have a population problem?
Trust me, I am not advocating for more people. I’m not a big fan of people.
But, I like to solve problems and solving problems requires truth.
That being said, I once heard a person claim that the entire world’s population could live in an area the size of Texas.
This was years ago. I cannot tell you who said it first.
But, I decided to do the math (Which I hate) and see if it’s possible.
So check my figures.
I decided that we would create a mega city to put the world’s population in. I also decided that the population density needs to be tight, but not so tight that it has slum like conditions.
So, I picked the population density of Paris, France.
As of 2015 the population density of Paris was an average 21,289 per square kilometer
So that will be the population density of our mega city.
I would not build it in Texas, but that’s the size comparison we are using.
Texas is 678,054 square kilometers.
Now, in order to build the mega city we must exclude land we cannot build on, such as lakes. So ignore lakes and roads and rivers and parks etc. We are just making a simple calculation based upon area, population density and population.
The Earths current population is 8.2 billion people.
So, 8.2 billion divided by 21,289 =385,175.4427
That means that the entire earths 8.2 billion population, broken down into segments of 21,289 people per square kilometer can fit inside of the 678,054 square kilometers, of Texas.
As a matter of fact it looks like they could spread out a little bit.
Now of course there are things we do not take into account. Family sizes, living conditions, etc. This is just area and people. Let’s say we built high rise apartments for everyone.
The whole world would fit in an area the size of Texas more or less.
So, knowing this can help us see that we have a huge land distribution problem, not a population problem.
How much land is needed to feed 8.2 billion people?
We have an entire planet to put farms on.
We could create massive parks and national forests.
Actually we could probably divide the population into several mega-cities.
But, we’ve shown what the real problem is. It’s not population. It’s that some people own thousands of acres of land while others cannot even find a place to sleep at night.
When you break it down like this it’s easy to see what the real problems are. And population is not one of them.
The solution is a better design and fairness of where humans live, food is raised, and nature thrives.
Humans were created by God to protect and tend His creation. We are not supposed to be destroying it through greed. When God allowed manna to fall from heaven to feed the people He told them to only take exactly what they needed.
The greed of the rulers of this world, and the control of the demons behind the scenes has created a system where people suffer.
That suffering will be used by those same forces as an excuse to bring in solutions that will give rise to the Anti-Christ and the Beast system. Solutions that will control people and drive them from Christ.
My example of a solution is to show what the real problem is. Not population but greed, and power. It could be that humans are forced to live in mega cities in order to be more easily controlled. In order for the Mark of the Beast to work.
I am not advocating that humans move to mega cities. I just reject the greed and the deception of the enemy, as they seek to guide the world into the Beast System. They use the Environment which they destroyed as an excuse for more power and control.
Satan cares nothing for God’s creation or human suffering.

Good stuff Chris. I heard the same narrative growing up also
I do wish for an applicable individual solution here while also praying
